Parent Coaching
Every child is different - and so is every parent. My parent coaching sessions are designed around you: your experience, your questions, and what matters most to your family.
"Something I hear again and again from parents: there's so much advice out there, but very little space to actually think. That's what these sessions are for."
In these sessions, we'll slow down together, exploring what's really going on for you, what kind of parent you want to be, and what might be getting in the way.
This isn't about advice or strategies. Drawing on years of working closely with children and families, and my training as a transformative coach, I bring both deep knowledge of child development and a genuine belief that you already hold more answers than you realise. My role is to help you access them.
My coaching meets you where you are, without judgement, and with your family's unique needs at heart. Because when parents feel supported, children flourish.
What we might explore together
Rather than a fixed list of topics, our sessions follow what feels most alive and relevant for you. Parents often come with one of these at the centre but the conversation goes wherever it needs to go.
Your identity as a parent
Who are you in this role? What kind of parent do you want to be, and what gets in the way of that?
Overwhelm and balance
When the weight of parenting feels like too much, we create space to understand what's really going on and what might need to shift.
A new baby, a new school, a family shift. Big changes bring big feelings for children and parents alike. We explore what's happening for you, not just your child.
Transition and change
Not as a problem to fix, but as something to understand more deeply, including what it brings up in you.
Your relationship with your child
If you find yourself second-guessing every decision or drowning in conflicting advice, coaching can help you reconnect with your own instincts.
Confidence and self-trust
Early years and Montessori at home
For parents who want to bring more intentionality into their home environment, I can draw on my AMI Montessori training to explore what this might look like for your family.

““I started coaching sessions with Beatrice while I was changing careers and looking to build my confidence. Our sessions were deeply helpful in encouraging me to connect with my different strengths, and in supporting me to manage my energy levels while launching a new business. I feel clearer and more grounded as a result. I really appreciated Beatrice’s curiosity, respect and compassion. She really believes in you and wants you to believe in yourself. I recommend coaching with Beatrice wholeheartedly.””
Alongside coaching, I also offer consultation and mentoring for parents seeking more direct guidance on child development, Montessori at home, or early years education.
